Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania (ISBA), operating within the perimeter of the International Subsidiary Banks Division in Croatia and Albania, are joining our shareholding structure as "ordinary members" as of 1 July 2023, complementing the presence of the Egyptian AlexBank, already a member since 2019.

The entry into SRM of PBZ and ISBA, promoted by the Division in tune with the attention dedicated to the potential of the Euro-Mediterranean region for its own development strategies, is part of the logic of making use, also for these two banks, of SRM's distinctive expertise on maritime economy, ports, logistics and energy.

For SRM, this entry - approved during the recent Assembly - represents an important opportunity both to enlarge its membership and to extend its activities and services in favour of the Group by increasing the international dimension of its operations.

The following are also members of SRM: ISP Innovation Center and ISP RentForYou in addition to the two "founding members" Intesa Sanpaolo parent company and Fondazione Compagnia di Sanpaolo.
