Banco di Napoli is a subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group, and the parent company Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. is its sole shareholder, with managing and coordination duties. The Bank carries out the traditional credit brokerage activities and offers financial services in concordance with the organizational model of the Banca dei territori adopted by the Group.

 

Compagnia di San Paolo is a foundation pursues socially useful objectives in order to promote cultural, civil and economic development with the income from its assets. The Compania operates in the following sectors: research and education, the arts, cultural heritage and activities, health, and social policy. Fondazione Banco di Napoli  is a foundation whose origin is closely related to that of the omonimous Bank. The foundation pursues purposes of social interest and the promotion of economic and cultural development in the southern regions. It can also operate in other regions of Italy and, for extraordinary needs, abroad. The foundation also pursues welfare and charitable purposes as well as supporting volunteer and community service initiatives.

 

IMI Investimenti is a subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group (100% owned by the parent company), and operates in the equity investment sector. The company, based in Bologna, is headed by Intesa Sanpaolo Merchant Banking Division (Corporate and Investment Banking). It holds 100% of the capital of IMI Fondi Chiusi SGR, a company entirely dedicated to Private Equity closed-end funds and Venture Capital, exclusively reserved to qualified investors.

 

Banca CR Firenze is an Italian credit institution founded in 1829, and since 1992 it is part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
